[Action, July 11th-13th]
[To say that Billy is a bit of a basket case right now would be a severe understatement. His mom is here. His admittedly teenage and therefore doesn't-know-who-he-is-and-kind-of-alternate-universe mom, yes, but that doesn't seem to make the intensity of his feelings about the matter any different. One small comfort is that they're getting along (so far), and their shared powers gives them common ground, but there's still that lingering... risk that he can't stop thinking about. That he won't be able to keep his secrets, that eventually everything will come crumbling down. He's terrified of that.
The first day, he does little else but fret and mull over it, after separating from Wanda; Teddy's kind enough to cancel any of his daily doings, since he's in no state to be pretending like everything's normal. It had been hard enough with Wanda the first time. Today, though, he feels much better. His head is more clear, he's found his center of calm, and he spent at least half the day and night before meditating so he figures he has a firm grasp on his sanity again.
There are certain things that he knows he needs to do, especially since he ditched all his usual priorities the day before, so he's made himself a list, and today he's going through it all. It is as follows: He swing by the art gallery and removes some of his work, namely anything that features the Scarlet Witch (only a couple of pieces, mind you, and they're his, but art theft is still art theft). He attends training with Logan and begs for forgiveness about skipping the day before (beg may be an overstatement of what actually happens because he isn't really sorry at all). He'll attend X-Men Training and try to perform decently despite feeling ridiculously scatterbrained. And finally, he'll probably talk to some Very Important People in the process of completing the rest of his list.
In the end, well... he's decided to track down Wanda again, maybe not now, but some time in the near future. Because despite his fears and misgivings, despite everything he's likely to say to everyone else - that it's a bad idea, that he'll mess things up, that he'll accidentally reveal himself - the temptation of sharing his powers with hers, teaching her, helping her, is too strong to resist. This is about more than a lost family, now. This is about magic.]

Good luck.
[July 11th | Action]
[Billy lets himself indulge in the touch for a moment longer than he intended before finally pulling away and heading for his bedroom, in which he'll hide for most of the night. Try not to fret, bf <3]
[July 11th | Action]
too lateBut no, Teddy does whatever he needs to do that day. He leaves a message for Pepper first thing, telling her that Billy won't be able to come in and, thankfully, she didn't pry. Before training, he leaves the now fixed guitar at Cloud Nine. It's a little harder to excuse Billy's absence during training later, since it's, well, Logan. Ororo understood, of course, which made him give her an all too grateful look.
He spends a little more time outside after that, despite this being usually the time that he goes home. Visits the library to look over a few things and not concentrate on a single word, people watches at the fountain, practices a bit of shapeshifting... wonders if he should talk to Wanda himself.
He stops by Shot in the Dark before heading home, grabbing one of Billy's iced favorites. After all that, he heads for their place, and soon enough, he's opening the door and setting the key aside.]
Billy?
[July 11th | Action]
There's a delayed "hnnnn" response to Teddy's arrival - and call - but Billy doesn't otherwise speak or move. He might need a bit more coaxing.]
[July 11th | Action]
So, he waves the drink back and forth below Billy's nose. It's a little hard to smell an iced drink like this, but if nothing else, Billy's a cafe-addict like Teddy himself, and he could probably sniff out one of these things a mile away.]
Billyyyyy...
[July 11th | Action]
And as his name is called, Billy's hands lurch up to grip the cup, eyes still closed, and pulls it a bit closer. Sniiiiff...]
...Is that a coconut mocha?
[July 11th | Action]
[Now that Billy's got a grip on the drink, Teddy sits down beside him, an arm winding around his back both in support and with an ulterior motive in mind. His fingers pass over the muscles in Billy's shoulders, subtly looking for tension there, before he lets his hand settle on his upper arm.]
[July 11th | Action]
[Billy hugs the mocha closer, lifts it, takes a long sip, and sighs emphatically as he lowers it, a smile finally gracing his lips. Better. Much better, and it's enough to help him relax a little, leaning into Teddy's hand.]
God, yeah. This is just what I needed, thanks.
[July 11th | Action]
[Teddy pulls Billy against his side, though he muses over something as well. Billy's still in the same position...]
You look like you've been that way forever. At least stretch your legs a little.
[His knees are so going to pop once they're stretched, Teddy's calling it right now.]

[July 11th | Action]
[But he's still a little resistant. If only because leg cramps are something he knows very well, considering all the meditating he's done since his powers manifested.]
[July 11th | Action]
[July 11th | Action]
[He relents, though, leaning forward and setting the coffee cup on the table and - with a grimace and a slightly-melodramatic moan - stretches his legs out across the surface of it.]
...Ohhh my god, I regret everything.
[July 11th | Action]
It'll only be bad for a minute or two. Just tilt your head back and shut your eyes.
[Even if Billy doesn't follow those instructions, Teddy still sets his fingers on his sore legs, feeling along the thighs and calves and seriously wishing those pants were off, and for once, it isn't for sexual intent. It's simply much easier to feel which muscles are tense if he's touching bare skin.
Regardless, he can pretty much guess based on how Billy was sitting, cross-legged as he was. He starts at the heel of his foot, applying enough pressure to feel as if he were using his palms instead, and he slides them up the back of his leg, all the way up to his upper thighs, before gliding down again, easing the blood flow and encouraging it back to the heart.
This would be easier if Billy was on his stomach instead, but this works well enough.]
[July 11th | Action]
inappropriate noises and mumbling his appreciation, depending on where Teddy's massaging, and lets himself be manhandled in any way Teddy requires him to be.At least until the pins and needles kick in- then there are some complaints, but they don't last long. Not with his boyfriend doing wonders to every sore part of him.]
[July 11th | Action]
His starkphone is too far away to reach, so he can't play his calming music (which mostly just consists of Oblivion tracks). He can, however, hum some tunes from said game album, knowing just about every one by heart. Maybe, hopefully, his humming voice can be just as good. Like how Billy's humming and rare singing can make Teddy feel warm and peaceful.]
[July 11th | Action]
Mostly he's just enjoying the heck out of himself and wondering how he wound up so damn spoiled today.]
[July 11th | Action]
But this is much easier, Billy being on his stomach. Teddy moves to a better seating position, then continues with his ministrations, this time being able reach the gluts before sliding his hands back down, pressing a little harder into the muscles that would ache more due to being bent for so long. Around the knees, his thighs, even the feet, where he'd likely put pressure on them.
It takes about eight minutes for each leg, and by the time he's finished, Teddy's got one of Billy's feet against his shoulder while he walks his fingers up and down the Achilles tendon.]
Want a break? I don't think you want to let your drink melt.
[July 11th | Action]
Man... first you bring me coffee and then you try to put me to sleep? Make up your mind...
[He can't entirely be a brat, though, sliding his foot over the surface of Teddy's neck and shoulder, toes grazing gently as if stroking the skin.]
...Thank you, though. This feels amazing.
[July 11th | Action]
[It's not often that Teddy mentions his mother, and for good reason. In fact, he gets off of the subject pretty quickly, reaching over to take Billy's drink and move it up closer to him, waiting for him to take it.]
Did you figure anything out?
[July 11th | Action]
[Billy sits up more, accepting the cup and sipping thoughtfully for a long moment. Figure anything out? He's not sure that was even the purpose of today. He'd needed this break for his sanity, not for sorting out his own thoughts. Though in retrospect he knows he should have done that, too.
He does have a few decisions to be made, after all.]
Not... exactly. But I feel better, a little. I mean, I'm not freaking out about it as much as I was a few hours ago.
[July 11th | Action]
[And he means it. Even if nothing's been figured out, having a clearer head and accepting the words of others - particularly Teddy - is always a good thing. This is a big issue, after all.
Now that they're on this subject, Teddy lowers Billy's leg to the couch and walks his hands up, and up, until he reaches the small of his back.]
Do you want to talk about it, or...?
[It'd be okay if Billy didn't want to talk about this in particular with Teddy; he could never really understand the way he'd want to, what with having grown up with only one family member and now having none whatsoever... biologically speaking.]
[July 11th | Action]
But... he'd brought up his mom, and Billy's being more careful this time. Hrngh... why does this have to be so hard?]
...What would you do? If, like... Anelle showed up here as a kid or something. Would you tell her the truth, or...?
[July 11th | Action]
Even so, as he pressing his hands against Billy and slides them up his back, his thoughts jump to something else. Not Anelle, but...]
I know we shouldn't talk about the future, but... After the war ended back on our world, there was a broadcast of Captain Marvel saying that he came back. In the flesh, Billy, actually back. We were on a date in Times Square when it happened, and I decided to be a lousy boyfriend and bail to try to find him.
[He doesn't mention that Billy followed him, or that he made a callous remark that made Teddy actually have to warn him.]
I did find him. Apparently, it was some kind of time travel thing that made him show up again. And I kind of blurted out immediately that I was his son.
[A half smile comes up, slightly bitter and not at all real.] He bolted. I don't know what I was expecting, some kind of father-son reunion or... whatever. God, I acted terrible to everyone after that. Sorry in advance for that.
