[voice/written/action]
Hey, ah... Vision - I mean, Jonas - of the Young Avengers got sent home. Sorry, if you knew him.
[Why is he always full of bad news? Ugh... let’s try to be less depressing for a while.]
There’s something else I wanted to talk about today: since I got here almost a year ago I’ve noticed how there’s this huge range of cultural norms across the multiverse- which makes sense, different worlds have different standards, I get it. People who are accepted in one world aren’t tolerated in another. Luceti’s kind of an anomaly, where there’s really not much, if any prejudice. I mean, there’s the whole Malnosso versus Us mentality, but that’s because of what they do, not what they are. Basically what I’m saying is that I think that’s great, and I want to do my part to keep encouraging that universal acceptance here for the people who might not be able to get it back where they come from, open up discussions to people who might not be sure about who or what they are, um...
Okay, this is a really roundabout way of saying I want to start an LGBT club. If you don’t know what that means, here’s a breakdown:
[Below is a jotted list-
L = Lesbian = girls attracted to girls
G = Gay = guys attracted to guys
B = Bisexual = guys and girls attracted to BOTH guys and girls
T = Transgender = People who feel like they were born in the body of the wrong gender (or genderfluid)
*Q = Questioning = Anyone not sure about the above or if they apply
And then it returns to voice.]
Those are really oversimplified, and there's still a lot of other words people use to define themselves, but you get the gist of it. I’d really like to meet up with anyone who matches any those descriptions, or feels like they might, or are just curious about it. I’m gonna put up some posters with suggested meeting times and places, but if you have any questions or just want to talk about it, you can use the journal (it’s okay to be anonymous!) or come right to the school. I’ve got a table set up and I’ll be here pretty much all day. I don't know if this is going to go anywhere, but it's worth a shot, right?
One last thing- we’re looking to make this a safe place, so if you plan to come just to make fun of people: we have a Hulk.
[And true to his word, Billy will be at the school, curled up in a chair at a plain table littered with papers. He’s designing posters and doodling various symbols to use for logos. Come bother him if you like?]

You do? I was merely giving you a pick-me-up. That differs from a lecture, you see?
[Hmmm, allow Loki to think about that for a bit.]
It could be a public secret. Or a clubhouse with traps and puzzles to emphasize its secret nature. It should also involve a secret handshake. Secret handshakes are important.
...Hm. Tell you what- what don't you be in charge of finding us a not-so-secret spot for this clubhouse, and the secret handshake?
[video] [Oh god, Loki seeing anime :")]
[He is dead serious. And honestly, he does not really care why sexual preference is such a big deal on Midgard. Or sex in general.]
But I shall ponder deeply about the club house.
[video] get him singing the theme songs...
[With a lifted brow, Billy demonstrates the finger-in-the-hole gesture, looking torn between amused and mortified. He has no doubts about Loki being serious, either.]
We don't want the club to be all about sex, though.
[video] Yessss
Aye! That one!
[He mimics the gesture.]
That is how gestures gain a double meaning, you see? It refers to intercourse and is the secret handshake for people who prefer their intercourse with a different mate.
According to the world of online sex is most important. Er...I believe we had this conversation already, right?
[Even if that is a fun part of hooking up with someone.]
Birds, bees, flowers and trees.
[He nods. He is sure that he is right.]
I do not. But a lot is about sex. And can we keep the gesture?
[....s i g h....]
Listen, I am not going to make the symbol of the LGBT club be finger-thrusting. What if somebody asexual decides to join?
[He mimics the face and points at it.]
Gander upon it.
[Regarding the gesture.]
For the people who are not sexual we exclude the finger going in.
Nope. No way. As club president I am trumping you and your face-mocking, finger-banging suggestion.
A gentle pat on the back, perhaps?
[Though now he's just nitpicking a bit.]
Come on, give it some thought, be creative or something. There's more to it than sex, but you don't have to play it safe, either.
It has to be provocative but not offensive, friendly yet with a little playful wink.
[Loki crosses his arms.]
You have presented me quite a challenge, Billy of New York. Thank the heavens and a variety of Midgardian deities that I am fond of challenges.
[Loki taps his chin for a moment.]
That means I am in charge of the club house, yes? I am the Club House Leader.
[He smiles broadly.]
[And even though the urge to engage in great mischief is rather large, Loki also is aware of a certain feeling that he is not allowed to mess this up that bad.
Perhaps he could combine both...]
I will not let you down, Billy of New York!
[He'll just... hope for the best. Yes.]
[Loki finds himself quite excited about this and after a short wave he closes the journal. There are clubhouses he has to design.]
