[Voice / Action]
[Okay, so. Several things need to be dealt with here, one way or another. First being the fact that he has a facetwin hanging around who is pretty damn hard to explain, though Tommy being more or less okay with the "brother" title helps with that. Second is that he knows the truth about his heritage now, which is, in short, a huge weight off his shoulders. Third is that his strength is mostly back in his arm as long as he doesn't bend or twist it in a way that stresses his brace too much, which admittedly doesn't mean much, but it does mean that he's able to finish the sketches he'd promised to Pepper's art gallery.
Thus, since it's so warm and dry today, he'll be heading out to deliver a set of hefty-sized rolled sheets of drawing paper to Pepper's art gallery, and then to swing by Tony's house to catch up on some work and maybe fill his... sort-of employer in on the recent developments. Mainly the kid with Billy's face who is probably going to hate him for a while. Tommy's not as keen to forgive as some people.
His last stop will be the plaza, armed with a miniature sketchbook, and props himself up against the side of the fountain to draw whatever comes his way. Occasionally he might have to stop and give his hand a frustrated shake, but hey, there's no physiotherapy like a good work-out, right?
At some point while he's out, though, he'll be doing what he told himself he'd get done: a journal entry that is better late than never.]
[Voice, locked from Tommy]
Hey, it's Billy. Just wanted to get it out there that if you see anybody with my face - or hear my voice, I guess - that's Tommy, my... brother. Kind of. It's complicated. He might be a bit tough to deal with sometimes, but he's not a bad guy, so just try to put up with him, if you can. He could use some friends.
[....]
Just don't let this get back to him, I'd never hear the end of it.

action;
[Might as well be up front about it.]
action;
...You're serious? You're serious. Long-lost twin brother. Seriously.
action;
action;
action;
He's my brother. Which means he's from my universe. [You know, where you're a dick and everyone kind of hates you right now.] I thought I'd give you fair warning, I guess.
action;
Let me guess. He's not exactly one of my fans, is he?
action;
[He'd already gotten the impression that Tommy was pretty impassive about the Avengers in general, so maybe this warning isn't even necessary. Better safe than sorry, though.]
action;
action;
[A beat, and then-]
He can blow things up by clapping, though.
[Just. Head's up.]
action;
Clap-on explosives? Huh. I bet I could engineer that. I'll give him credit for the idea, though. Probably.
action;
action;
[For him, at least.]
He's not the only New Feather you should be aware of, by the way. Catch sight of an ill-tempered Asgardian on the journal?
action;
An Asgardian? Who!?
action;
Loki. You know--the one who kind of tried to take over the world the last time I was home. Not my favorite person to see. Not by a long shot.
action;
So it's the Loki from your world. Should we be worried?
[And now he's admittedly kind of curious about how his magic would hold up against an Asgardian god. This is probably not a healthy curiosity to have, but it's not like he's had a chance to go toe-to-toe with the guy.]
action;
Worried, sure. But threatened? The thing is, we don't know much about Loki's magic without the aid of the Tesseract. He could be tough shit, even with the dampening effect. I don't know what might be worse--him thinking he can gain an upper hand here, or him realizing he can't and he gets desperate.
[Without Thor or SHIELD's records, they just didn't know enough about Loki. They're dealing with hypothetical upon hypothetical.]
action;
....
Wait. Maybe he can be useful here!
I don't know how many similarities there are between your world's Loki and mine, but I've got about twenty years worth of comic book history and the Avengers Database, and a lot of that is the kind of tricks Loki used to pull. Plus Norse mythology, but, uh. I don't know if they got Loki's stories right in that.
[Unless their Loki likes to sleep with horses. Maybe they should put a guard in the stable...]
action;
As previously established, there's plenty of differences between our two universes. But it might not be a bad jumping off point. At least until we can figure something out. What do you remember about him?
action;
[What else is he missing...]
...Oh, and I think he's a girl now.
action;
He's a girl now.
action;
That's the word. But hey, Skrulls can do that kind of thing, so why not?
action;
I suppose that's one more thing to keep in mind, then. Check if Loki spontaneous turns into a chick. Got it.
action;
Technically that isn't exactly unusual around here, or so I've heard.
action;
It is. Sort of creepy, but it definitely happens.
[He will knock on the nearest wood surface then, considering it hasn't happened to him. But he got bodyswapped with his dad, and that was pretty bad in its own way.]
action;
...Probably shouldn't verbalize those thoughts, though. That's too weird.]
I could probably give his magic a little test, if I'm subtle about it. You know, just gauge how powerful he is here.
[Aaand speaking of Teddy, that suggestion could get him killed. By his boyfriend. For being stupid. |D]
