[... Well. That just sounds like giving up, and Teddy doesn't want to throw in the towel just yet.

He raises an eyebrow, then turns his head forward again, eyes on the horizon of... ocean. And more ocean. It was pretty cool flying over it before, but now the thrill's kind of worn off a bit.]

Maybe when I'm bored enough! [Because he's not that tired. Except he kind of is that tired, but he can handle it. He's a man. He's got this.]

Hah, alright.

[He loves you, bf, but you are fooling no one. Still, he'll play along for now. He's just prepped to throw out a levitation spell if Teddy falls asleep in the air or something.]

It shouldn't take us more than a couple of hours to get there, I think. Wonder how much it's changed...

If our tree's anything to go by? Probably a lot.

[Teddy was so surprised to see it; he knew trees lasted for a long time and grew tall, but theirs lasted, and it really grew. And it... felt good, actually being there to carve their names and really claim the tree as theirs.]

Good point. I still can't believe it got that huge... I mean, I knew it was going to be big if it survived this long, but geez. We're lucky we planted it far enough from the building that someone didn't have to cut it down.

[And it's pretty cool, having their own little mark left on Luceti. Hopefully it'll stick even long after they're gone for good.]

Why would anyone cut down something that gives that much shade? [Granted, not so much of a good thing in winter, but...] I'd say it even rivals those cherry trees in coolness factor.

Hey, you never know, it could've gotten in the way or something. We don't even know how much time passed since we planted it- even trees don't live forever.

We would've avenged it if someone cut it down. Don't know how, but we would've.
