[Billy runs his tongue along the front of his teeth and smiles, picking off another chunk of the pie to nibble.]

Mmhm. Seriously though, you can have a slice for real if you want. I don't have to eat it all myself, and you know Tommy's going to want some when he's around.

Well... I haven't had any breakfast yet.

[So Teddy will help himself, but only to one slice. Once he cuts a slice for himself and sets it on the plate, he stands to make himself some coffee, because he really can't get through a morning without coffee to wake him up.

Before taking a sip or a bite, though, Teddy goes back to Billy, bends down to kiss the top of his head, then leans his head over to whisper in his ear.]

There's something else I have for you, you know. One more present for the late-birthday-boy.

[He's totally encouraging some terrible health decisions. It's a good thing Teddy doesn't get sick.

He's still nibbling away at his own piece when Teddy speaks up again, earning his boyfriend yet another quirked eyebrow.]

You know, if we keep trying to outdo ourselves every birthday, in a couple of years we'll be running whole birthday parades.

[...Not... that he's complaining.]
