It'd take me about 2 minutes. That's factoring in needing to flip the pieces around to make sure they all fit. But it would seem like hours.

[That was like twelve percent of a moment, god. But Billy glances over at the toaster as it pops up the next pair of slices, then sighs inwardly and grabs one, holding it out in Tommy's direction.]

If you eat half the loaf before lunch you've gotta go get another one.

[Since apparently Tommy is determined to eat 70% of his breakfast, Billy goes ahead and puts another pair of slices in the toaster. The remaining cooked slice, he gives a generous layer of peanut butter, then he gets some chocolate syrup of all things and drip-doodles a little angry face.]
