[He's hesitant but hopeful; it's where Tommy lived last time, and it's currently unoccupied. Maybe Tommy'll still be willing to stay close.]

[He pauses, briefly (because he knows how fast you have to be with Tommy), and then adds-]

[And he sounds hopeful, despite making it a statement. With Tommy, he's really never sure.]
