Teddy's skin is soft and warm, and his touch is a comfort, urging Billy on by contact alone.
Before too long, he graduates from butterfly touches to deeper contact, experimental nibbles and real kisses. He's not bold enough to go full-on hickey effort (and it's pointless to try with Teddy anyway) but once he gets into the groove, he's one step above.
