[Teddy listens close to Billy's complaints, getting an idea of just where those pins and needles are, and pays special attention to those. He moves on from stroking touches to walking his hands down Billy's legs, from one to the other, down to the heel. At the problem areas, Teddy presses his thumbs against the spots and slides upward, towards the heart, pressing in the center of the muscle, then on either side.
His starkphone is too far away to reach, so he can't play his calming music (which mostly just consists of Oblivion tracks). He can, however, hum some tunes from said game album, knowing just about every one by heart. Maybe, hopefully, his humming voice can be just as good. Like how Billy's humming and rare singing can make Teddy feel warm and peaceful.]
