BILLY KAPLAN will be either a) flying/teleporting around or b) wandering through the chaos just wondering what the hell is going on; he's never seen this in Luceti before, and it's definitely something to look at. He'll be watching for familiar faces, definitely, or just poking at interesting-looking people.

EDWARD ELRIC is, surprise! Back from his kidnapping. Sort of. Temporarily. And he's trying to get himself home, but who knows what he'll run into on the way... eh-heh.

ASCH is in Good Spirits, mostly unruffled because he's been through like five years of this madness and refuses to get his feathers ruffled. But he will anyway, because he's like that. You might catch him outside as well, if he decides he's had enough and tries to drown himself in the lake or something. (This is entirely possible.)

[Ah, yes. Not food, but pets are good enough for an attention hound like Ammy. She squints her eyes shut and nuzzles her head right into Asch's palm as her tail begins to wag, giving his fingers an appreciative lick once she's content with the pets and scratches (which were awesome, by the way. ♥♥♥).

Wait...wings? Looking over her shoulder curiously, Ammy finds nothing more than her most powerful reflector, Solar Flare, and her tail - where both should be. She then leans a little to one side, noting the wings on Asch's back. Huh...that's different. She's never seen people with wings on their backs before! The celestials all had wings on their heads. Heck, even Waka had a weird hat...helmet...cape...THING that was like a pair of wings on his head!

Billy lifts his gloved hands, giving his fingers a slight wiggle.]

[So while Billy was teleporting around, he got the attention of another teenage mutant-type. Teleporting mutants were probably all collected into the Luceti branch of X-men, right? So he'll be the perfect person to fill Scott in on what he's missed while he was away. He approaches Billy before he can poof away again, clapping him gently on the shoulder.]

Hey! Okay, this is probably going to sound weird, but just bear with me for a second. I'm trying to see if my friends are still here. Do you know a Kurt Wagner, Rogue, or Ororo Munroe?

[He's not even trying to segregate mutantkind to its own island or have Billy killed or anything. And maybe I sometimes think about apping him again and want to see how this CR would go WHAT.]
