[Action] Fourth Wall

BILLY KAPLAN will be either a) flying/teleporting around or b) wandering through the chaos just wondering what the hell is going on; he's never seen this in Luceti before, and it's definitely something to look at. He'll be watching for familiar faces, definitely, or just poking at interesting-looking people.

EDWARD ELRIC is, surprise! Back from his kidnapping. Sort of. Temporarily. And he's trying to get himself home, but who knows what he'll run into on the way... eh-heh.

ASCH is in Good Spirits, mostly unruffled because he's been through like five years of this madness and refuses to get his feathers ruffled. But he will anyway, because he's like that. You might catch him outside as well, if he decides he's had enough and tries to drown himself in the lake or something. (This is entirely possible.)

[He looks back at her as she speaks the second time, pausing and slowing down mid-flight to watch her surprise. There's really nothing quite like a first time in the sky; he remembers his own, and then, later, Teddy's. And he's sure they've all shared this look: wonder, surprise, the beginnings of delight overcoming fear. Humans weren't really meant to fly, so it's that much more magical when they do.

So he grins, because this isn't something he ever thought he'd share with his family.]

[Which is a lie, of course- sometimes they're fighting super villains or running for their lives, and there's no time to stare out at the horizon and wonder at how cool or beautiful or amazing it all is. But it's never boring, never mundane. Flight is still his favourite part of having magic.]

From our universe, there's just us, a young Loki, and my teammates, Hulkling and Vision. But there's also Avengers and X-Men from at least two other universes.

That's not an explanation.

[His voice is a little desperate now, his mind racing. What could've happened? How could they not have prevented it somehow?]

Tommy said- when he was here before, Tommy said that we went looking for the Scarlet Witch. That a lot happened. Was that it...?

[It could be Harrison Ford, but thus far the track record has been fiction, not fact, when it comes to people.]

[He isn't super sure on that, but the last time he saw something with the kid's face on it, there was something about that. Actually, that might have been really outdated information.

[Billy stares back at him for a moment, visibly deflating. And then he lets the magic go, allowing Deadpool to drop the last several feet down to the roof.

Petty, but Kate was right- he really had needed a new code name.]

[The merc with a mouth lets out a particularly loud yelp from his mouth as he falls, landing on his side and letting out a second yelp.]

Eugh! That's my shoulder, that's my shoulder! [Despite his complaining, he's back onto his feet in a moment's notice. Dusting himself off. One of his shoulders might be disproportionate to the other, but he'll fix that by popping it back to where it should be.]

Yeesh, so I was wrong. Didn't have to drop me. [Thoughtful pause.] Actually, that's probably one of the better options out of the ones I usually get when I talk. I'm pretty sure She-Hulk would have broken my spine if I called her Ass Guardian.

So... mind filling me on -- [Everything?] -- yeah, everything.

[Augh, that sound. He's used to hearing some interesting body noises, being on a team with Teddy, but you never really get used to the sounds. Super-healing, seriously.]

I don't think even I can explain everything- like why there's suddenly a huge crowd of people in this place, for one. But you're in Luceti. It's... some alternate world, or dimension, or whatever, that sucks people into it.

Alternate dimension-slash-world? Man, I was hoping for something new and exciting instead of the same old crapola I'm used to dealing with. How am I supposed to get all excited with this kind of setting?

[He actually sounds disappointed. Seriously.]

But hey. Don't dwell on why there's a huge crowd of people, kiddo. It's like Times Square. You can keep wondering why people are always wandering around, looking into the big, unnecessary Disney Store despite owning a huge collection of princess mugs, but you're only gonna drive yourself nuts.

The waiting will have to be over now, it would be very bad if a certain Hollywood superstar went up in smoke along with that explosion. A figure tumbles away from the arte before getting down on all fours and sprinting towards Asch.

Oh, and he has a knife in his hands, perfect for stabbing people with. Which is covered in blood. The knife. And his hands. Pretty much most of his body actually. Such is the state of an actual cannibal.

Vision? I was under the impression he was dismantled. And a young Loki? The Asgardians have returned from Ragnarok so quickly?

It wasn't your fault. [Except for the bits that were totally Billy's fault. They were fairly equally to blame.]

[He's not sure if he has any food with him - maybe a couple of biscuits or something, he'll have to dig around - but pets are one thing he's never minded giving out with Amaterasu. He'll be giving her a good fluff and a scratch on the top of her head.]

No wings this time. Is your visit temporary, too?

Have any of those alternate dimensions given you wings? Because this one usually does.

One of 'em gave me a nice rack. Does that count? And I'm pretty sure I was Iron Man in another one of those alternate dimensions. You know how it is.

[Deadpool looks over his shoulder for a second.]

I'm guessing by "usually", that means that I lucked out. I don't have a pair of dinky-looking mosquito wings like you do.

Ragnarok? I don't- we're probably from different timelines or something, that hasn't- Ragnarok, seriously?

[Good grief, his future is getting more and more complicated.]

Um- but Vision's kind of... hard to explain. He's a younger version, like the rest of the Young Avengers. He wasn't rebuilt, more like his memories were downloaded into a new body.
