I don't know about safe, but... I'm comfortable where I am back home. I don't want to end up separated from my team, or my family, and thrown into a group of strangers just because I'm a mutant. Not when I can stay with the people I love and protect them.

I mean, no offense to the students or the X-Men. You guys are really cool. It's just that I've already got a place where I belong.
