Um... the rest is basically just expanding on that- since we're so vulnerable to electricity, a lot of electrical burns are internal, because it doesn't take much current to hurt someone. Kinda how all those lightning bolts I shoot off in a fight can knock people out without making them spontaneously combust or something.
