[Billy makes a faint, agreeable noise, shifting his head to rest it against Teddy's chest again, closing his eyes. He's not tired, it's just a really, really comfortable position, so he's determined to enjoy it.]

I really don't think he's faking it. He can be kind of a jerk, but he's not a bad person.
